The Vestry
The vestry serves with the rector to promote the spiritual welfare of Immanuel and assists the rector by overseeing the secular duties of Immanuel Church.
Members of the vestry are elected by the congregation for three-year terms during the annual meeting. They support the programs of the church, and continually encourage the members of the congregation to support the programs of the church through their time, talents and treasure.
The vestry meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the parish house. There is an open forum at 7:15 for parishioners to bring topics to the vestry's attention. In addition to attending monthly meetings, each member of the vestry is available and ready to serve the needs of the parish family throughout the year.
